Şirikçioğlu Group operates in various sectors including textiles, energy, construction, retail, agriculture, and livestock. In its leading sector of textiles, it has an integrated structure with yarn, indigo dye, weaving, and finishing operations. With three companies listed in the annually announced ISO Top 500 list, it is among Turkey's leading industrial groups. In its main area of textile production, the company employs 4,000 staff and operates 22 different facilities in the fields of ring, open end, texturized yarn, POY, raw weaving, non-denim, and denim weaving. It has a production capacity of 162,000 ring spindles, 20,692 rotor open-end spindles, and 2,632 texturized yarn spindles, producing 350 tons of yarn daily, 10 million meters of denim, and 2 million meters of non-denim fabric monthly.
The ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, TS OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 50001 Energy Management System, SA 8000 Social Compliance Management System, and Chemical Management System have been established, implemented, and maintained for continuity. We also hold certifications for Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (fabric and yarn), Global Recycled Standard, Global Organic Standard (fabric and yarn), Organic Content Standard (fabric and yarn), Cotton USA, and Better Cotton BCI, which are updated annually and as standards change.

“We are working for sustainable production and to make the world a better place!” Our new initiative in this context is ‘Sustainable Textile Production (STeP)’. With this production, we aim to have transparent and trustworthy sustainable production conditions and ensure continuity. By integrating the modular structure of the STeP certification into our company, we ensure the use of environmentally friendly technologies and products, efficient use of resources, suitability of social working conditions, and our internal sustainability. We are aware of our responsibility towards the environment, and our fully equipped model wastewater treatment facility purifies operational liquid waste without polluting nature. Solid waste is classified at the source according to waste management principles and recycled by licensed companies in this field.
